Environmental Samples

Spectrometer Services has a range of capabilities for environmental testing of samples such as:

A number of extraction and acid digest techniques are available for metal analysis including US-EPA.  Samples are tested by ICP-AES and can include metals from priority pollutants through to full multi-element scans.

We are also able to test for substances of concern, namely lead, mercury, cadmium and hexavalent chrome.

Other analyses of samples include pH, chlorides, fluorides, carbon speciation, loss on ignition and moisture.
